The Mcaps Automation Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return most items sold by the Mcaps Incorporated for an exchange, or store credit. For a refund of your purchase a 25% restocking fee, assuming that returns are made within 30 days of your purchase and that returned items are in their original condition and boxes. For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will refund your original shipping cost.
We cannot accept returns of most special order items
Prior Authorization
All Returns must be authorized by Mcaps-inc.com BEFORE they are returned to the Mcaps Inc. Failure to obtain an RMA number prior to shipment may delay the processing of your return. To obtain your RMA number, please send an email to rma@mcaps-inc.com. Please include your Name, Order Number and Reason for Return in the email. We will review your request and send return instructions along with your RMA number.
